Jiangsu Yilutong Inspection and Testing Technical Service Co., Ltd. was founded on April 23, 2021. Situated in Jiangsu Yangtze River International Metallurgical Industrial Park (Jinfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City), it is an independent third‑party testing institute affiliated to the state‑owned enterprises of the industrial park with a registered capital of RMB 100 million.
The company has built a medical‑device testing, R&D and incubation center with a total construction area of 12,000 square meters, among which the laboratory area accounts for 10,000 m². It features 12 specialized laboratories covering electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), microbiology, environmental reliability, chemical analysis, medical robots and usability engineering. More than 220 sets of high‑end international testing equipment have been deployed. Our technical team is composed of senior experts and chief technical officers.
We have obtained CMA qualification for inspection‑testing institutions and CNAS accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025. Our daily operations strictly comply with ISO/IEC17025‑2017 and RB/T214‑2017 quality‑management systems. We deliver tests on active medical devices, passive medical devices, electrical‑electronic products and mechanical equipment including physic‑chemical analysis, microbiological examination, reliability evaluation, electrical‑safety testing, electromagnetic compatibility, IP‑rating assessment and biocompatibility testing. Additionally, we provide one‑stop technical services such as drafting product technical requirements, R&D‑phase testing, type testing, compiling documents for NMPA registration, quality‑system establishment, regulatory consultation and product rectification.
