Founded in May 2004, Shenzhen Xin Sanbao Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd. integrates professional mould design & fabrication, injection‑molding and product sales. Drawing on nearly 20 years of industry‑specific experience, we concentrate on mould design, manufacturing and plastic forming for medical‑device instruments and disposables.
Xin Sanbao has earned consistent recognition from domestic and overseas clients with its extensive expertise in injection‑molding high‑temperature‑grade materials including PSU, PPSU, PEEK and PEI.Currently the company employs roughly 100 staff members. Our factory covers 3,000 square meters with fixed assets of nearly RMB 40 million. We are equipped with more than ten domestic and imported electric and hydraulic injection molding machines as well as a Class‑100,000 GMP clean‑room dedicated to implantable and interventional medical products for human bodies.
Our workshop is outfitted with Taiwan‑made and domestic high‑speed CNC machines, EDM equipment, milling machines, grinders, tapping machines and a full set of mould‑processing machinery. For quality inspection, we deploy Mitutoyo‑branded CMM, 2‑D optical testers, hardness testers, color difference meters and height gauges imported from Japan.
